Comox Valley KidsFest DISPLAY OPPORTUNITY
DOES YOUR GROUP have an activity or service that you would like to promote to children and families of the Comox Valley? Do you have an interactive demonstration and/or display? Are you free September 11th 2010? If the answer to all of these questions is yes, then your group wants to be a part of this years’ Comox Valley KidsFest!

KidsFest organizers are currently seeking community groups and/or business who are interested in creating displays and interactive demonstrations and that can provide educational, rewarding and a fun experience for children and their families. Attendance at this event has been close to 2,000 people in past years, and is a great way to introduce yourself and your group to families in our community, while being part of an important community event.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday September 11, 2010 from 10am to 3pm. For display groups who are showing inside the Lewis Center, set up times will be Friday September 10th between 3pm and 5pm. If you are setting up outside, all vehicles will need to be removed from the field by 9:00 am on the day of the Festival. We would like to have all display groups confirmed by June 30, 2010.

For more information contact the Comox Valley Community Arts Council Office at info@comoxvalleyarts.org or 338-4417 ext. 2.

KidsFest is brought to you by Courtenay Recreation, Sid Williams Theatre, Courtenay & District Museum and Comox Valley Community Arts Council.
